Attorney Richard P. Hastings Teaches Webinar on How to Get Larger Settlement Offers from Insurance Carriers

Richard P. Hastings, a personal injury attorney with the Connecticut-based firm of Hastings, Cohan & Walsh, LLP, recently co-chaired a presentation to lawyers throughout the country entitled "Leveraging Colossus in Auto Accident Claim Recovery: Guidance for Counsel," for Strafford Publications of Atlanta, GA. Mr. Hastings was invited to participate in this webinar because of his experience in understanding insurance adjuster software and helping to maximize settlement offers in personal injury claims. Attorney Hastings instructed lawyers on how to maximize settlement offers when dealing with insurance adjusters who are using Colossus or some other type of computer software program in evaluating accident and injury claims.

Attorney Hastings was joined by Dr. Matthew DeGaetano, Program Director and Founder of the Personal Injury Institute of Dallas, Texas and Don J. Cervone, Sr. former insurance company claims specialist. Mr. Hastings and Mr. Cervone co-authored Adjuster Secrets: Attorney and Adjuster Tips and Techniques that Guarantee Larger Settlements.
