Tony's Story

Tony and his family were hit by a tractor-trailer while returning home one evening. They had hired another lawyer to represent them and were quite unhappy with the way the case was proceeding. They contacted our office, told us about their case, and we agreed to represent them. They then signed a retainer agreement with our office.

We explained to the clients that they would not have to pay any more money despite the fact that they would have hired two lawyers at two different times. We then send the other lawyer a letter indicating that his representation had been terminated and to provide us with the client's complete file. We also advise the prior lawyer not to contact the client and the client had no further involvement of any kind with the prior lawyer.

After gathering all of the medical records and bills we were able to obtain a negotiated settlement for a significant amount of money. The clients were very happy with the outcome of their case.
