Real Estate Paralegal

Karen joined Hastings, Cohan & Walsh, LLP in March of 2020. She has been working in the legal field for many years but focused on real estate for the past 8 years. She is a dedicated paralegal committed to acting as a professional and competent first point of contact to clients, lenders, title insurance companies, and attorneys. Karen has been specializing in the purchase and refinance side of real estate for the past year and enjoys working with the firm's clients to help streamline the process of buying their forever home.  

Karen lives with her husband, daughter, son, and three rescue dogs. Her son, a recent high school graduate will be attending UConn Waterbury with his sister who will be graduating in 2022. On weekends she enjoys exploring Connecticut with her family, visiting state parks, camping, reading, having dinner with friends, and long drives with her husband in his 1968 Mustang.
