Cambridge, MA - Attorney Richard P. Hastings, a CT personal injury lawyer at Hastings, Cohan & Walsh, LLP, attended a workshop, Negotiation for Executives, through MIT’s Sloan School of Business.
Taught by Dr. Jared Curhan, through MIT's Executive Education Program, the program concentrated on the fundamentals of negotiation and the importance of establishing close relationships with adversaries. Professor Curhan, renowned for his pioneering research on the social and psychological components of negotiation, taught the diverse participants the tactics and techniques used in successful negotiations.
