A car was traveling south on Flanders Road in Woodbury Saturday morning, just north of Elephant Rock Road, when it lost control around a corner. The vehicle struck an embankment and then veered into the northbound lane of traffic. It then struck one of the cars in the northbound lane head-on.
Seven people were hospitalized following the crash for an array of injuries including broken bones, lacerations and abrasions. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
Woodbury Ambulance, AMR Ambulance, Roxbury Ambulance, Bethlehem Ambulance, Woodbury Fire and Woodbury Public Works all arrived on scene to assist with the crash scene.
